I own a property — what does letting it out involve?+
We work out what it will realistically rent for, find and screen a tenant, put the lease and deposit in place properly, and stay the point of contact for both sides afterwards. You get a name and a number, not a portal login.
How do you screen tenants?+
Employment or income checks, references and the usual credit and affordability checks before a lease is signed. Screening someone properly before they move in is worth far more than fixing it afterwards.
Can I let my property now and sell it later?+
Yes, and it is often the better call if you are not in a hurry to sell. Renting it out gives you income while you wait, and you can put it on the market whenever you decide the timing is right.
I am looking for a rental — how quickly do they move?+
